- Renter is responsible for cost of fuel at end of rental
- 6hr minimum on weekend rentals.
- 8hr minimum bookings on holiday weekends.
- All single day rentals must return by sundown per rental policy.

- 100% refund policy for inclement weather on hourly/single day bookings if you request cancellation at least 2 hours before rental start time. (reach out for cancellation/reschedule)
- Normal weather cancellations same day will be 50% refundable if you request cancellation at least 2 hours before rental start time.
- Cancellations beyon
- 100% refund policy for inclement weather on hourly/single day bookings if you request cancellation at least 2 hours before rental start time. (reach out for cancellation/reschedule)

- Late or no-show bookings will be charged fully per the booking agreement.

- Renter is responsible for deductible (up to $1k) if any damage is done to the boat.
- Necessary experience and driver's license is required if renting without captain.
- Must be at least 21 years old to captain.
- $150 fine for losing boat key
- No glass is allowed on the lake
- If you end up having to be towed, renter will pay the tow bill.
